How we work
We offer three engagement models to fit your stage and risk appetite: fixed cost for scoped features at an agreed price; sprint-based delivery at $2,500/week with committed features each sprint — if we don't ship, you don't pay; and dedicated or hourly teams billed monthly with flexible scope and transparent time tracking.
Whichever model you choose, you retain full ownership of the code, data, and intellectual property we build, with no vendor lock-in.
Compliance is the baseline, not an afterthought
Every healthcare feature we build is considered against the frameworks that matter: HIPAA for US-market products, UK GDPR and the DPA 2018 for UK providers, the EU GDPR for EU products, the NHS Data Security and Protection Toolkit for NHS-connected systems, and HL7 FHIR R4 for EHR integrations.
We design these controls in from the first sprint, so the products we ship can pass a health system's security review — which is often the real gate to going live.
